What
is AP Panel?
AP Panel is an engineered assembly of the most advanced
technology in concrete and concrete reinforcement.
The combination of a three-dimensional structural
wire panel, polymer based stucco, and acrylic coatings
have made possible these prefabricated panels of exceptional
durability and strength at a fraction of the weight
of block, brick or concrete structures.

AP Panel is a true value. Not only is it competitively
priced but the quick installation time and advanced
erection methods reduce your interruption time and eliminate
costly landscape and environmental damage.
Limited
Access Installations
AP Panel is ideal for installation where limited access
to the property line prevents normal block laying or
concrete pours. AP Panels are also ideally suited for
applications where the landscape prevents extensive
trenching and pouring of expensive reinforced footings
or access by cumbersome premix concrete trucks.

Maintenance
All components of the AP Panel system are designed to
provide years of maintenance free service. To protect
against corrosion, the structural wire panel is fabricated
using galvanized steel wire and the structural tubing
and support brackets are also galvanized.
The polymer based stucco and colored acrylic coatings
were developed by the construction industry for years
of service on the exterior of residential and commercial
buildings.

Structural Performance
The structural foundation of the AP Panel is a three
dimensional, resistance welded truss system manufactured
from 0.080 diameter carbon steel wire conforming to
ASTM A82 specified at 110,000 psi tensile minimum and
corrosion protected with a 0.08 oz./ft2 galvanized coating.
The center of the panel contains 2-3/4” thick expanded
polystyrene manufactured by the pentane expansion method,
which is harmless to the upper atmosphere ozone layer.
The exterior surface of the wire truss system is then
coated with 1/41” polymer based lightweight stucco.
Panels were tested in flexure at an independent laboratory
using an air bag system to provide uniform loading.
The mechanism and procedures used were in substantial
compliance with ASTM C72.

Performance
AP Panels have been designed to provide the customer
with an affordable, effective sound wall system as well
as an attractive, secure enclosure. Unlike conventional
wood fences, AP Panel is an efficient sound absorption
system. Laboratory tested is strict accordance with
the standards listed below, AP Panels have been rated
at a Sound Transmission Class of 43.
